FPC TALKS – Ms. Judy Rule

We have joining us today, Ms. Judy Rule, director of the Cabell County Public Library System. Ms. Rule has been with the library for many years, decades in fact. She has been the Director since about 1980 something, nearly 40 years. Ms. Rule has worked tirelessly in her career to maintain and promote the libraries, and our very own library in particular has become a major draw for the community of Huntington. My goal with this interview is to get to know Ms. Rule a little better, but also to highlight how the library system works with this church, as well as other downtown churches and our mission partners to boost the quality of life for the residents of the community.
